（1）基于擋板伺服自動調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
（2）研究運(yùn)用新型檢測手段。通過新型傳感器來實(shí)現(xiàn)毛絨高度的檢測，保證了檢測的精度 ±0.1 mm。
（3）帶刀自動張緊機(jī)構(gòu)研發(fā)，確保帶刀張力一致的要求。
